The wine’s pleasant acidity and light tannic structure are complemented with tart and sweet touches, a hint of Calamondin – one of the most special, perfumed citrus fruits – and just the right touch of the irresistible aroma of cardamom. Silky, integrated carbonation gives us a proper long ending, where the mature fruit of the Garnacha grape appears in all its splendor, offering notes of dark plum and berries with a pinch of licorice. Served cold in a tulip-shaped wine glass, no other accessories or decoration are required.
